We founded Recruitment Room in Nairobi in 2023 with a clear goal: help good companies find great people, without letting borders get in the way. We brought recruitment expertise and employment support together so you could focus on your team.

Our network includes FreshTalent Africa and Medcruit. Together, we connect companies with African talent and specialist healthcare recruitment, while keeping the people behind each hire at the centre of our work.
