• Employers must provide valid business registration details.

3. Account Obligations

• Use real, accurate information.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Content Guidelines

• Prohibited Content: Discriminatory, fraudulent, or hate speech.
• Employers: Job postings must comply with Kenyan labor laws.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Job postings: Fees vary by package (listed on the platform).
• Refunds: Granted only for duplicate payments or platform errors.

6. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it.

7. Disclaimers

• No guarantee of job placement or candidate suitability.
• Third-party links (e.g., employer sites) are not our responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We exclude liability for:
  • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
  • Employer-candidate disputes.
  • Technical outages beyond our control.

9. Termination

• We may suspend accounts for breaches, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Users may terminate accounts via “Delete Account” in settings.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• Governed by Kenyan law.
• Disputes resolved in Kenyan courts or via arbitration (Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration).
